Nick Guilfoyle, CSP,CHST
Nick Guilfoyle brings a wealth of experience, dedication, and leadership to his role as CEO of Allied Safety Group.
A proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Nick served from 2002 to 2013, embodying a commitment to discipline and excellence that continues to drive his career.
After his military service, Nick became a member of Laborers’ Local 165, gaining hands-on experience in the construction industry before transitioning to the field of Occupational Safety and Health in 2016. Determined to advance his expertise, he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2019 from Columbia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health.

Director of Human Resources
Jillian Hansen serves as the Director of Human Resources at Allied Safety Group, bringing nearly two decades of expertise in HR management to the team.
A proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Jillian served from 2005 to 2009, where she developed the leadership skills and dedication that now define her professional career.

Doug Sams, CHST
Director of Operations
Doug Sams serves as the Director of Operations at Allied Safety Group, bringing nearly three decades of expertise in the Health and Safety industry.
A veteran of the United States Army, Doug served with distinction from 1987 to 1993, laying the foundation for his career in leadership and operational excellence.
Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Criminal Justice from Bradley University and has dedicated 28 years to promoting workplace safety.
His extensive qualifications include:

Client Service Division
Ryan Block serves as a Sr. Field Safety Representative and a key member of the Client Service Division at Allied Safety Group.
A proud USMC Combat Engineer Veteran, Ryan dedicated six years of service to the United States Marine Corps, including two overseas deployments, where he honed his skills in discipline, leadership, and problem-solving.
Since transitioning into the Occupational Safety and Health, over eight years ago, Ryan has become a trusted resource for ensuring workplace safety and compliance.

Field Safety Representative
Utility Services Division
Mike Uzelac serves as a Field Safety Supervisor in the Utility Services Division at Allied Safety Group.
A proud USMC Combat Engineer Veteran, Mike dedicated six years of service to the United States Marine Corps, including two overseas deployments, where he developed his skills in leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving under challenging conditions.
With over seven years of experience in the Health and Safety field, Mike has become a trusted leader in workplace safety and compliance.

Jim Mann

Jim Mann serves as a Field Safety Representative in the Utility Services Division at Allied Safety Group.
A proud United States Navy Veteran, Jim served from 1981 to 1991, where he developed the leadership, discipline, and problem-solving skills that continue to define his career.

James Lievano, STSC
James Lievano serves as a Sr. Field Safety Representative in the Utility Services Division at Allied Safety Group.
A proud veteran of the United States Air Force, James served eight years as a firefighter and Crash, Fire, Rescue specialist, also taking on the role of USAF Fire Instructor for three years.
His extensive experience brings over 30 years of firefighting and safety expertise including 22 years with the Champaign Fire Department, 10 years as an Operational Supervisor for OSF PRO ambulance, and deployment to assist with Hurricane Katrina recovery efforts.
James holds a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Management from Southern Illinois University Carbondale and an Associate of Applied Science in Fire Science from the City Colleges of Chicago. He is proficient speaking fluent Spanish and has the ability to read and write it at an intermediate level.
